Difficulties with foliage plants

good morning. Today's one is a 3-piece set of foliage plants. At first, I was doing hydroponics, but it didn't grow at all, so I put hydroponics in it and started growing! 😃✨The Madokazura on the left is growing new leaves, and the Spathiphyllum in the center is growing new leaves one after another, which makes me happy. The syngonium on the far right has new leaves and is growing well. I am surprised that there is such a difference in growth even if they are grown under the same conditions.
